This is by far the best corkscrew I have ever owned. I am a bartender on the Las Vegas Strip, and this corkscrew allows me to work FAST! First, the knife. Two things I like about this. One, the knife is really easy to get out. I have wet hands constantly, so I need a knife that is easy to get. And Two, the knife is serrated. IT NEVER GETS DULL! I use it for everything! open boxes, cut plastic wraps, and it cuts through any foil with ease. The corkscrew it self is also great with the double hinge. Some of the other double hinged screws out there I have pinched my self with in the join. Not this one! very clean, very safe. I’ll never use another corkscrew.
